Directions
Free parking is on the west side of Wells Street next to City Cat Doctor’s building, between City Cat Doctor and Carson’s Place for Ribs.
From Kennedy Expressway
Take the Ohio Street exit. We are three blocks from the expressway. Wells is one way going south, so you must go one block past the clinic to LaSalle Blvd. Turn left on LaSalle. Go one block to Ontario St. Turn left on Ontario St. Go one block to Wells St. and turn left. Our parking is in the middle of the block on your right side between Carson’s Place for Ribs and City Cat Doctor.
From the North Side of Chicago
Take Wells or any street east of Wells and go south. If you are not on Wells, turn right on Ontario St. Stay on the left side of Ontario. You will see the large Sport Authority store on the corner of Ontario and LaSalle. Wells is the next street. Turn left on Wells. Our parking is in the middle of the block on your right side between Carson’s Place for Ribs and City Cat Doctor.
From the South Side of Chicago
Take Dearborn, LaSalle or any street east of Wells to the north to Ontario. Turn left (west) on Ontario and stay on the left side (south). At Wells, make a wide left turn so you will be on the right side of the street. Our parking is in the middle of the block on your right side between Carson’s Place for Ribs and City Cat Doctor.
From Lake Shore Drive; North or South
Take the LaSalle St. exit and go south to Ontario. Turn right on Ontario and get to the left (south) side of the street. The next street is Wells. Make a wide left onto Wells Street so that you are on the right side of Wells. Our parking is in the middle of the block on your right side between Carson’s Place for Ribs and City Cat Doctor.
24-Hour Appointment Cancellation
For your convenience, City Cat Doctor schedules appointments that provide adequate time for pets to receive comprehensive care and treatment. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must cancel your appointment so that we may schedule others needing services.

Payment is expected when services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit, as well as all pet insurance policies

At our hospital, we offer CareCredit® to qualifying individuals, which covers your expenses with no interest charges for the first three months.
The CareCredit® program is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have good intentions and are willing to spend what it takes to make their pets better, but don’t necessarily have the immediate resources to do so.
CareCredit® can also be used to cover annual exams and other non-emergency pet care such as heartworm preventive, flea/tick control, lab work, etc. By spreading the cost of annual pet care across the year, the financial impact to pet owners is much more manageable.
